Atelier to rent

Dear artist,

I’m an artist and I’m looking to share my atelier because I’m increasingly spending time abroad for artist residencies.

 

The studio is 30 m² in total, with each person having about 12 m² of private space and 3 m² of shared space. Since I’m often away, a larger part of my section can be used as shared workspace.

 

The atelier is located in this creative hub: https://www.hetsalonateliers.com/ — a broedplaats with over 200 artists. There’s also a 10 × 10 m space you can use for free for exhibitions and events, offering plenty of opportunities and a great network.

 

The studio is part of an open space of around 200 m², shared with 11 other ateliers. It’s usually calm, and because there are no walls and the ceilings are high, it feels spacious and very pleasant to work in.

 

The rent is €222 per month (including VAT, gas, electricity, and internet). It’s available from May 1st.

In the photos, it’s the right side of the space — but in good consultation, the left side could also be an option.
